*This fare is not available for vehicles with a caravan.
**Please keep to your booked departure time if you want to be assured of a fast crossing.
However, we do recognise that it is not always possible to plan your arrival time at Check-In accurately. So, if you arrive at Check-In within 2 hours of your booked departure time, we will, at no extra charge, transfer you to a space on the next available shuttle.
However, please note that this could be quite a long wait if we are very busy.

When to check-in
You should arrive at Check-In at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time on both the outward and inward legs of your journey. If you would like to shop or eat before your travel, it is best to arrive a little earlier (but please do not arrive any more than 2 hours before departure time).
If you arrive either earlier or later it may be possible subject to availability to travel on a different departure. Dependant on your fare type, an additional amount may be payable. Please refer to the Ticket Terms for details.
For safety reasons, if any drivers and/or passengers have a limited mobility or use a wheelchair, we ask that you inform us when you check-in.
What documents do you need to bring
When you arrive at Check-In you will be asked for:
your booking reference number
the card used for payment which must be presented by the cardholder. 'E-cards' are not accepted.
Depending on your country of residence, you will have to present a valid passport or identity card for each passenger.
It is also advisable to bring your driving licence, car insurance and car registration documents, your travel insurance schedule and emergency numbers shown in the policy wording.
Safety and security information
Please comply with all traffic signs, speed restrictions, Byelaws and other regulations in and around the UK and French Terminals.
There are certain security requirements with which you will be expected to comply before being able to travel with Eurotunnel. This may include being searched by any Competent Authority.
