Billet subframes... do you care if the lines match the engine?

I was checking out the new Trick Star billet subframe for the Z900RS. Because it's fully machined from a solid block rather than using welded tubing, they were able to design the structural cutouts to perfectly parallel the fin lines on the cylinder head.

It’s an incredibly clever touch that unifies the whole engine area, but it got me wondering about how we shop for structural bracing.

When you’re adding heavy bolt-on parts like subframes to a naked bike, how much do you care about these hyper-specific design alignments? Do you actively look for aftermarket parts that mirror the factory engine lines, or do you just bolt on whatever chunk of metal stiffens up the chassis and looks tough?
