ZX-12 hlava má jiný úhly vyústění, čili vačky nepasujou do ZRX 1200 hlavy!

are there any bits and pieces I could transplant directly from a ZX12 or ZZR12?
The ZZR1200 cams etc though not the head because the ZZR head had angled inlets that are not compatible with the installation in a ZRX frame. The block also fits.
If the ZZR motor is healthy that is probably a better starting point, put the ZRX head on it though with the ZZR cams, IIRC you will also need to fit the ZRX Oil pan.

Nothing from the ZX12 will fit, it is a completley different motor.
Using the ZZR1200 motor as a basis you could plonk a ZRX head straight on and use the cams and have a very healthy increase over a stock ZRX due to higher compression ratio and the higher lift and duration of the cams.

Hele fakt mi nevychází nic jinýho, než špatná technologie výroby, ventilové vůle jsou, až na inkriminovanou sací vačku v normě, a tam zvětšenou vůli přisuzuju už načatému vahadlu.
